BDO's Energy Transition and Sustainable Infrastructure (TE&IS) team within Deal Advisory has advised Teset Capital, a Spanish infrastructure investment manager, on the review of the financial model in the context of the acquisition of the Production Unit of SOLOGAS Valorizacion y energía, S.L. in Galicia, a transaction valued by the company at €20 million.
 
This operation represents Teset Capital's first investment in environmental infrastructure, adding to its existing projects in the energy and telecommunications sectors. It also reinforces its strategic positioning as a management company capable of identifying assets with great potential in which to apply its active management philosophy, innovative vision, and experience. Sologas has waste and water treatment plants and biomethane production facilities and perfectly represents the type of asset Teset Capital is looking for: a niche, solid platform that is operational and has clear potential for improvement and growth.
