Jairo Iban Rojas Guerrero

Jairo Rojas is the Director and Head of Real Estate Investment at BDO Madrid. He has over 10 years of experience in auditing and consulting for international companies in the real estate sector. Jairo joined BDO in 2015 and is responsible for real estate and construction accounting compliance, tax compliance, and reporting services. He holds a CPA degree from Universidad Libre de Colombia, a Master’s in Economic and Financial Management from the Centro de Estudios Financieros de España, and a Master’s in Real Estate Accounting and Valuations from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Jairo has expertise in REIT tax regimes, alternative investment fund accounting, IFRS reporting, project management, due diligence, and financial outsourcing. He is accustomed to working with international clients in English.
