Vocento sells Pisos.com for 22.5 million to the Italian group Immobiliare.it

Vocento has agreed to sell Pisos.com to the Italian group Immobiliare.it S.p.A. for 22.5 million €. The operation is part of the divestment of Habitat.Soft S.L., a company that includes the real estate portal as well as Pisocompartido.com and the real estate agency management software HabitatSoft.

With this acquisition, Immobiliare.it, which is a leader in the sector in Italy, strengthens its position in Spain, where it already owns Indomio.es and Enalquiler.com.
